Racism in soccer is a persistent issue that undermines the spirit of
the game and tarnishes its reputation.To ensure a fair and inclusive
environment we as a group explored a range of strategies that can be
employed by various stakeholders to combat this issue and create a
more inclusive soccer community. We come to a conclusion/ decision
on what we will do with racists fans and players. If there is a
racists fan that is reported then the fan will be ejected out of the
stadium and the repercussion will be that the fan will be fined and
suspended. If there is a player that is reportedly being racists
than the player will be fined and the team will forfeit there next
match.
As a group We feel that this is the best decision because it
punishes everyone for things that La Liga doesn't tolerate. We also
feel that if we also punish the team for the that organzation being
racists then it will stop all racism in the whole soccer community.
